Avengers World #15 Preview

AV club has a blurb and preview for Avengers World #15, which is a title I know nothing about, but this issue looks interesting.

That certainly does sound interesting. (Are you following AXIS, by the way? How's that going?)

No, I haven't been following it, actually. There was so much pre-publicity and so many tie-ins that I missed when the main series was supposed to be coming out and it's on about issue four or something by now. (Assuming "Avengers vs X-Men: Axis" is the main book? I'm not even sure! I originally thought that was a tie-in and the main book would just be called "Axis", which is why I didn't pick it up to start with. And now I'm completely behind as well as confused.) Plus I gather Doctor Doom hasn't really been in it that much, so I'm not too motivated to try and figure things out. Unless somebody tells me there are some kind of major Doom scenes in the later issues I'll probably just end up waiting to read it in trade form, which is what I usually do with events.

Following events in trade sounds like a smart move. I simply can't wrap my head around how they work.
