Thanks, now I won't be able to sleep for fear of that >.<
I didn't originally think of that idea until I started writing this up, and then it suddenly occurred to me as a possibility and I got worried! But I hope, after the amount of work they've put into building this up, they wouldn't do something that stupid. I definitely want Amara to stick around in the comics, because her whole dynamic with Doom is one of the most interesting things in this series, and two issues is nowhere near enough time to tie all the loose ends when the Tony stuff is obviously going to take centre stage.
(...I'm still not caught up on Two-in-One, can you tell me non-spoilery if Doom's still there and good/evil?)
Doom wasn't in the most recent issue of Two-in-One, so we still haven't found out too much more about what's he's up to in that series yet. But based on issues 2 and 3 I definitely now think that he's putting on a performance to manipulate Ben and Johnny into doing what he wants because he knows they wouldn't take his help any other way, so I think we're meant to believe that he's the bad guy as a fakeout while he's actually secretly helping. (But there hasn't been a big reveal either way, so admittedly that's just my interpretation based on some stuff that seems like clues he's deliberately nudging them in the right direction.)
