The casting's definitely going to be the tricky part, but Marvel's been pretty good with that so far, so I have hope. I don't know if they'd do Triumph and Torment without more time to set Doom up as a villain first (though that quote about shading him in complex ways sounds good), but a Doctor Strange movie would definitely be a great place to bring him in. It would be nice if they brought back the past element of him and T'challa interacting as fellow kings, as well. (And potentially Namor, though I don't know if Marvel has the rights back for him or what.) A proper Fantastic Four movie at last would be brilliant, but honestly I'm almost more excited for the opportunity to see movie Doom with a much wider variety of characters than you can get with it all split off into separate properties.
