Yeah, this was about as good an ending for Doom as we could have hoped for, but it felt like there was basically no other plot to this whole series. Nobody actually did anything useful to find Tony until he just showed up on his own, plus they were all off in their own separate storylines spending all their time with a bunch of boring side characters instead of interacting with each other. I thought we were going to at least get a Doom and Riri team-up where he had to work together with the good guys to find Tony.

I hope we get more follow-up on everything that's been happening with Doom here, but I'm nervous about the fact that Dan Slott's going to be writing both Iron Man and the new Fantastic Four, because that means if he's not interested in doing anything with Doom we probably won't see Doom pop up again for ages. At least they left the Amara plot in a place where they can pretty much go back to it any time, no matter how long it's been.
